I’m Kelly Arsenault, a New Hampshire REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire, Rockingham County, and surrounding communities.

For many homeowners, pets are family. When you are buying or selling a home, their safety, comfort, and well-being matter just as much as the move itself. As the founder of PRONE — Papillon Rescue of the North East, and someone who has been involved in small dog rescue for many years, I understand how stressful showings, moving boxes, open doors, new smells, and big changes can be for pets.
That is why I bring a thoughtful, pet-conscious approach to every real estate transaction.
When helping sellers, I look beyond staging, pricing, and marketing. I also help create a plan to keep pets safe during showings, reduce stress in the home, and make the selling process smoother for both people and animals. When helping buyers, I understand the importance of finding a home that works not only for your lifestyle, but also for your pets — whether that means yard space, neighborhood walkability, fencing options, flooring, layout, or nearby pet services.

Why I love NH and what you should know about me…
We have mountains, lakes, ocean and four seasons. I am not crazy about the cold, but love, spring, fall and summer - provided it is not 90 degrees. There is not much else I do not like about living here except mosquitoes, black flies, and ticks. Those I can live without.
What you should know about me...
I grew up in Kingston NH, graduated from Sanborn Regional in 1981, Balfour recipient in Home Economics. Tried College (White Pines in Chester, Photography/advertising) not my thing. I was not enjoying myself there.
I have been a bartender, data entry, hostess, sales at Reynolds Trailer Sales (working for my grandfather – some of my greatest memories), Certified Chiropractic Assistant – working alongside my husband, (not for me although I learned a lot), Real Estate – it’s where I belong!
I have been married once, to the love of my life and best friend. We traveled, fished for the great Bluefin tuna, and had 4 grandchildren (Step grandchildren but love as if they are my own). We started a 501c3 in 2012 and have rescued over 170 small dogs (under 15 lbs.) to date.
I continue to live near Kingston, I have never moved far from my hometown. My Mom now lives with me and my several dogs who give my life meaning and a reason to get up really early.
PRONE
Our Mission
I am one of the few realtors SPECIALIZING WITH PETS. A lifelong animal lover, I am the founder and director of PRONE (Papillon Rescue of the Northeast), a nonprofit organization which rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes Papillons and Pomeranians. This special background allows me to offer an educated and empathetic approach to helping both home buyers and sellers address the needs of their animals. Selling a home, and transitioning to a new home, can be a traumatic time for pets, but with my expertise it ensures a smooth and safe transition for all family members.
